The Customer Service Department at Sko-Die operates toward one goal, complete customer satisfaction. Jeff Curtin, Manager of Customer Service, is in charge of Sko-Die’s efforts to make sure the customer experience is always positive. Jeff is a veteran Sko-Die employee of 31 years. His experience as a tool and die maker/designer, production manager and plant manager give him the unique ability to help a customer with any requests or questions. Jeff truly has a passion for taking care of customers. His ability to listen combined with his knowledge and experience allows him to offer help in any situations. His strategic planning talent and problem solving ability gives the Sko-Die customer a “go to” source for consulting on their production and supply chain needs. Sko-Die featured on “Manufacturing Marvels”Sko-Die, Inc. will be featured on the Fox Business Network “Manufacturing Marvels” on December 18 at approximately 8:30pm CST. This award winning program presents 2 minute pods featuring American manufacturers, their products, processes and customers. The narration is done by John Criswell a nationally acclaimed voice talent who was a news anchor on CBS and ABC news for over 40 years. Sko-Die Sponsors High School National ChampionSko-Die is proud to be a sponsor of the Niles West High School (Skokie, IL) Auto Club Racing Team. This group of dedicated and talented students became champions of the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) North Central Division Summit Racing Series. The auto club president and driver of the drag race car is John Wheeler. John is the son of Chris Wheeler, Sko-Die’s Design Engineer and 32 year veteran employee. The winning 1978 Dodge Aspen was powered by a Dodge small block 360 cu. in. V8 that was bored and stroked to 409 cu. in. It was built with aluminum heads and developed approximately 450HP.
