Commitment to Customer Service

Jeff Curtin, Manager of Customer Service
Jeff Curtin
Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Department at Sko-Die operates toward one goal, complete customer satisfaction.
Focusing on meeting all customer expectations starts before an order is placed, flows through the order process and includes the follow-up to make sure that expectations have been met, or preferably, exceeded.  But it does not end with an order, it is a continual process of communication and anticipation of future needs.  It is working with every customer to make sure that Sko-Die is providing a product and service that fits with their operational needs and also helps them maximize their profitability.
Sko-Die integrates the customer service function into all aspects of its operation.  Sales, operations, engineering, quality control and even shipping and receiving all rely on the customer relationships that are built and maintained on a daily basis.  Customer service becomes the single source for any questions or special requirements.

Jeff Curtin, Manager of Customer Service, is in charge of Sko-Die’s efforts to make sure the customer experience is always positive.  Jeff is a veteran Sko-Die employee of 31 years.  His experience as a tool and die maker/designer, production manager and plant manager give him the unique ability to help a customer with any requests or questions.

Jeff truly has a passion for taking care of customers.  His ability to listen combined with his knowledge and experience allows him to offer help in any situations.  His strategic planning talent and problem solving ability gives the Sko-Die customer a “go to” source for consulting on their production and supply chain needs.
