New Notching Cells featuring 2 advanced C20 notching presses with integrated robot to load/unload.

Features:

• Two sets of double tooled pick-up arms for fast transfers
• Capability to notch, skip-notch and skew core patterns
• Capability to produce multiple slot patterns in each lamination
• Fast 1,000 stroke/minute notching speeds for typical laminations
• Slot accuracies of +/- 0.025mm (+/- 0.001”) measured on 840mm (33”) dia.

• Clausing 2286-300 20” Drill Press features speeds of 150-2,000 r.p.m. to drill large holes, small holes to spot face, counter bore and ream. 6.5” travel, 2.5” dia. Quill & micrometer depth stop. 22” x 19” table.
• Bridgeport Vertical Mill features 9” x 48” table size 3 H.P. R8 Spindle, 6” boring range, 60 – 4,200 r.p.m.
• Marvel Series 8 Mark II Saw features T Slot work table with over 800 sq. inches of work area, interchangeable jaws, and a 1” blade that can run between 50 and 450 f.p.m.
