Keyence Inspection SystemSko-Die remains committed to embracing the latest technology in all facets of our manufacturing operations. One area where we have seen significant advancements in the available technology is in the Quality Assurance arena. The accuracy and automation of an array of measurement techniques continues to evolve and to provide opportunities for improvement for our Sko-Die team. Our Quality philosophy at Sko-Die is to engineer quality into our manufacturing process and to monitor that in real time with every job that we run. The use of technology by providers like Keyence is playing a larger role in our QA protocol, facilitating accurate and real time verification of process results. Vision based and laser-based systems that can be programmed for a set of QA inspection requirements are replacing the traditional hand checks. They serve to improve accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency in this facet of our process. In addition, the data capture that is embedded in these resources is very valuable and applicable. This data is captured dynamically and is utilized to expand our forward-looking process capability and to equip us to collaborate with our customers in early engineering involvement with new applications.CLICK HERE to learn more about Sko-Die’s commitment to technology
