Management Team

Mike’s first professional position was in sales for a major reseller of computer hardware, software and supplies. After gaining valuable experience, he started looking for new opportunities with a company in the manufacturing industry, and in 1997 joined the sales team at Sko-Die. For 11 years he helped Sko-Die reach multiple sales records. More importantly he developed his talent for understanding the product needs of the customer, and developing a production process that provided a total supply chain solution.

With Sko-Die’s continued growth, the need for additional corporate management brought Mike to his present position. As Operation Manager, Mike now uses his talents to manage the total manufacturing process from dealing with the ever changing steel and materials markets, through product production and customer delivery. He credits his sales experience with helping him develop systems and schedules that have one goal in mind….total customer satisfaction.

Mike graduated from Lake Forest College with a BA degree in Business Administration and received Lean Lead Certification from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He has been married to Katy for 20 years and has a daughter and twin sons. He enjoys coaching soccer and softball, golf, and reading.
